At OAF Tactical customer service and product quality are amongst our highest concern.
We want you to be 100% happy with the products you buy from us, so we are happy to provide a store credit/exchange on returns as long as they are unopened (if a sealed item, seals intact), in original packaging, and in saleable condition. If the item is defective it is not expected that the product is unused.
NOTE: For clearance, demo, or pre-owned products all sales are final and no returns or exchanges will be accepted unless the item is defective.
For Change of Mind Returns we ask :
- That you return the products within 30 days of purchase.
- If you would like to receive an alternate product or are using store credit, please note that standard shipping charges will apply. This does not fall under our flat rate postage price and will be at the standard Australia Post delivery price.
- Please note that you must lodge a Return online, or email us prior to your return or it may not be accepted.
Once the item is received in original, unopened packaging and in a saleable condition a refund for the value of the returned item only, will be processed within 5 business days.
Please Note :
- Store credits/Refunds will be processed for the purchase amount of the product only, not including shipping/postage costs. Shipping/postage costs are non-refundable. Unless the return is due to our error.
- The purchaser is responsible for shipping costs of the item(s) being returned. Unless it is due to our error.
- Refunds will only be processed back into the original method of payment and are not transferrable for cash.
- We recommend that you return items using a service with a tracking number as you are responsible for the item being received back into our warehouse.
- Unauthorised returns or returns of damaged, opened products or otherwise products in an unsellable condition will not be accepted and will be returned to purchaser at the purchaser’s cost.
- OAF Tactical reserves the right to refuse to accept a change of mind return. This generally only occurs under extenuating circumstances.
